Shipment processing time:
Custom hats are made to order and will be finished and shipped out within 6-8 weeks.
If you have a special request for the shipping schedule, or need a more defined date, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Non-Custom orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shioment of your order, we will contact vou via email of telenhone..
